Let’s get one affair out of the picture: women are hitting the gyms and fitness classes. The need for sex specific workout protocols has never been higher. Nonetheless, not all food is equal and so you have to keep track of what you eat. Keep in mind one more point: combine your protein supplement with water. Avoid the utilisation of fruit juice (or other juices) or milk.
