Ball State Sports Link: 3rd Down Chirp (Kent State)

www.ballstatesports.com www.facebook.com www.twitter.com www.twitter.com Ball State Sports Link, the nation’s first fully immersive sports media and production program, will continue producing its weekly football show in partnership with WIPB-TV, Comcast Indiana and Fox College Sports in 2012. This week’s show looks back at the win vs. South Florida, previews Saturday’s game at Kent State plus visits with coaches and players. 3rd Down Chirp, delivered by Papa John’s, will provide viewers inside access to the Cardinals on and off the football field. The weekly show will air online at ballstatesports.com, plus additional episodes will be televised nationally on Fox College Sports. Additional distribution for 3rd Down Chirp includes WIPB-TV in Muncie and statewide availability on Comcast Indiana 81 and the SL channel through Comcast on Demand. Created by 2012 SL graduate Ben Wagner, the 2012 version of 3rd Down Chirp will be produced by senior Joey Buschur. Sophomore Drew Adamson will serve as assistant producer. Seniors Pat Boylan, Chris Renkel and Timmy Fogarty return as hosts and coordinating producers. All 28 students in the immersive learning program will assist with weekly content production.
