Tim Duncan had one of the best Finals games of all-time, with 21 points, 20 rebounds, 10 assists and 8 blocks. However, New Jersey led by as many as 12, and led by 9 in the 4th quarter when the Spurs went on a 19-0 run, led by Stephen Jackson’s three 3-pointers. The Spurs won 88-77 to win the series 4-2, claim their second NBA championship and send David Robinson into retirement as a champion on Father’s Day.
